If it doesn't work, IT DOESN'T WORK! Talk to the seller. Everyone here has given you every possible trouble shoot solution. You act like everyone here is familiar with "XXX" site and know their policies. Just file the claim and move on.

No I'm still on 3.41, I made sure to check before trying.

Even for my PSGroove on my HTC phone it can be very fussy to get the Jailbreak mode working. Usually takes me 2-3 tries.

The button presses have to be very quick as you have about 200ms to initiate the Jailbreak.

Also try turning off the PS3 using the switch on the back and wait about 3 seconds before turning it back on.

Dude you act like I'm forcing you to check this thread. If you have such a problem with this thread then maybe you should stop clicking on it. And as I previously stated, I have emailed the company already to see what they can do and they have not responded.

There is no rage here, just think you should move along and not post in this thread if it bothers you so much.
