Hi people,

I'm using rebug 4.82 and I have only installed toolbox and webman mod latest version. no multiman or anything else. I don't like it. It's super slow scanning my hdd 1,5tb

I would like to run ps3 isos from usb. I tested a ntfs formated usb flash drive with an iso in /PS3ISO/game.iso

Webman mod does't include the game on its list. What do I have to do?

Thanks!

Do you have Cobra enabled, as required for iso loading?

Do you have the right USB ports (and, if appropriate, enough USB scanning delay) enabled in Webman?

Did you remember to refresh games and reboot in Webman? :)

All my Ps3, Ps2, Ps1 and psp games work perfectly on internal hdd.
I know how to use webman and I have cobra enabled. In the settings I have usb000 and usb001 checked. I also rebooted the console after refreshing webman list. I don't know what it needs more =/
Some say you need a ntfs tool installed... but I think the latest webman dont need it.

You have to put the iso inside a GAMES folder and format the usb to fat32.

You also have to run multiman atleast once anyway so you have the games folder dictionary created on the ps3 harddrive.

Turn the iso into its folder format. That way its more than one file.

Don't split iso's work better? Folder format is annoying.

What if the iso in folder format has individual files larger than 4gb? The KH and FFX/X2 remasters are giving me issues, and FTPing won't stay connected for some reason.

FTPing folder format games is the worst, there is an over head for transferring every single tiny file in a game & then the ftp server on the ps3 decides it's going to crash because you've transferred so many files. I find ps3netsrv iso streaming to be the most convenient method these days. It's a pity it's not supported for ps2 iso's on backward compatible consoles.

I don't use folder format at all. I convert all my games to ISOs.
I just want to use an NTFS formated hard drive with this structure for webman:

\PS3ISO\game.iso
\PSXISO\game.bin
\PSXISO\game.cue

just the way I use on internal. I know PS2 are not suported.
My Hard drive is not scanned by webman. I have latest rebug and latest webman mod. In webman config I have checked the scan usb000 and usb001 checkboxes.
I don't know where is the problem.
