After do my job http://www.ps3hax.ne...ead.php?t=36046, I gathered a few things that allowed me to modify the firmware. So I used too a method given by the zadow to decrypt some things http://www.ps3hax.ne...ead.php?t=36112. And so I made this

I do not recommended to install it without E3 Flasher (During the flash may have problems). But in my phat operation was a success.

Completed things
-can be install from OFW 4.11!
-added install package files/app_home categories
-lv2 kernel patched sucessfully

Not fixed/patched
-no homebrew yet
-lv1 hypervisor is not patched
It’s no for Debug Consoles only for Retail

To install
1.Rename nodex.PUP to PS3UPDAT.PUP
2.Put the update file in PS3/UPDATE/ on pendrive
3.You are ready to update!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT INSTALL THIS MFW

We shall see. May try this out if I get a new PS3 when buying a TV (69€ for a new 320 gb PS3? Count me in) :P

The post is edited with "Do not install this firmware"...why not remove the links as well? And tell why it shouldn't be installed after you directly reported on it as news?

Anyone with common sense would know this is fake, obvious April fools joke (and if not, why pick dates so close to april fools to release it?)

And if this does damage to anyone's console, it won't be a very funny april fools joke either...

update says for some phat ps3s its working and bcz its only MFW it only switches on but cannot play homebrew or similar.
probably kakaratoto has already reached this position but its about the bypassing of signatures thats now needed for this firmware. BUT atleast something nice and new.

If it was real, what would be the use of a hacked firmware unable to run homebrew?
Leads to further development? Basically making at least some kind of documenting and releasing it could help others find out and solve where he failed to succeed. Ah the greatness of the Internet :)
