Hacking PS3 HAN PKG Linker via Ethernet Cable Help

Hey guys, just want to ask if you guys have any tutorial on how to connect the ps3 through pkg linker via ethernet cable.
I have Windows 10 and I can't find any tutorial online that will work with PS3 HAN.
I tried some tutorials out there but they don't work.

Help is appreciated. So hard to install pkgs larger than 4gb T.T

Thank you, I will try the simple methods. I believe pkg linker is still used. I tried using the long tutorial but it was very confusing and hard to understand, it has 30 plus steps too. Now, if only there was a video for this.
