Ps1 forloader not starting up

I download ps1 forloader from GitHub and gba temp I click on forloader exe it does not start up to open to convert any ps1 games into cia I try open, double clicking on it , open as administrator nothing works.

Question I am asking anyone else having this problem is it just on my end for it not to open in any way I think of ?

Asking question not asking for advice try fix this get it open to convert game

PS1 forwarder. Do you have java installed to run the program with?

Yeah I do I used neods if it uses same thing I may have update Java.,

Didn’t want to double post now I am asking for help if advice doesn’t work I’m not worried about it

Java is installed still not running after I click on it , I tried run as administrator, restarting laptop no chance of program to open.

If anyone is reading this I had Java latest 8.0.4 and and ps1 forwarded 1.7.8 still will not open I tried as administrator, nothing I disabled my anti virus for it will not delete off my computer still will not open
