Hardware PS Vita question

I have just buy PS Vita from Ebay and charge are differnt, PS Vita are from Japan.
How do I charge PS Vita?

I believe on the charger it says 100-240 so wall outlet in Norway should be fine, worse case if you are afraid use a step down voltage transformer converter.

I only have a USB charge cable for my Vita... get one of those - should work anywhere.

It should be worldwide voltage. So you don't need a voltage transformer. All you need is a physical travel adapter for your location in order to charge from AC.
