Hacking Ps Vita 3.12 help

Hi all I got a ps vita today used from the pawnshop, system software 3.12 it came with a 4gb memory card and 1 game. I honestly don't know which guide to use for homebrew and to play games can anyone help me please?

1 - search forum, for how to update your console to 3.60, (there is DNS that didint put you after 3.60)
2 - on console go to http://go.henkaku.xyz - this will put you console in jailbreak mode and install moleculle
3 - download and install on console VitaShell
4 - search and install any homebrew you want

on a pretty much rounded up / zoomed up version of what you gotta do:

• Update to 3.60 NOTHING PAST THAT.
• Block System Updated
• Run Henkaku
• Install Vita Shell
• Search for some VPK.
• Install them using Vita Shell.
