Can i do that through USB Cable like with PS Vita? When i go to CMA in my PSTV, there's only the option to connect through wifi and i don't even see my PC shows up on the list.

There is no way to connect via USB, and CMA is just terrible. My only recommendation is to keep trying.
Do you know which options should i check in QCMA settings? I have:
Offline mode: Unchecked
Disable USB monitoring: Checked
Disable Wifi monitoring: Unchecked
CMA Protocol: Latest
And nothing shows up
