Hacking Project M on cfg USB loader.

OK. So I've got everything from what I've been told so far for project m to run when I load up brawl, gct in the codes folder all that good mess. But I'm still kind of at a roadblock it seems. I downloaded and ran project m installer and moved gct files where they need to go, but the only change was the arrangement of the characters, (ie, poke trainer having individual slots). No texture change, no mechanic change from what I could tell. So, what am I missing? Anybody know?
