They site is down and we didnt get any update from them....

You're right, for some reason on Google Chrome, even after clearing everything, it is loading a cached website straight from Google. On Firefox it will not load. Not to surprised though that it went down.

They never accepted any pre-orders on their official site and clearly stated that any other site that has Crown-related content is not affiliated with the team in any way. If someone got scammed by a fake pre-order store then it's only their fault for not reading the official statements.
