Hi!
There's a lot of musicians out there. Most of them actually have to tune their instrument. This can be quite tricky, so a lot of them gets a tuner. Tuners are basically passive (gives the correct tone to tune by) or active (listens to what you play and tell you if you're high or low). Have a look at these links to see what I'm getting at.

Something that's often built into the more expensive tuners is a metronome, but there are specialized metronomes around as well.

Now, a metronome is basically a thing that goes "click" at a user-set intervall, check this out:

So, this is something I want done for the NDS, and something I believe there's a need for.
The metronome part is trivial, the passive tuner part should be simple and the active tuner part should be doable. (The active tuner part is pretty much the same piece of code that's at the heart of Singstar, so if you want to do DSingstar, this is a good place to start)
Oh, questions:
A) Is there already something like this out there in the community?
B) I got zero programming skills, but a kinda/sorta basic, very basic design document typed out. Is anyone interested?
C) is this even the right place to go posting stuff like this? Is there some other forum that would be better suited?
Mattias
