"Process failed" always when trying to dump syscon

Got my teensy 4.0 to try and dump my syscon but either my syscon is fried or I'm doing something wrong..

Followed the wiring diagram inside the folders of PS4 Syscon tool and when trying to dump I always get the error on the printscreen.

Checked and re-checked my wiring, took the chip of the motherboard and wired it, always the same problem. Can't even enable Syscon Debug Mode (Rewrite Boot0 Blocks).


Is my syscon fried or I'm doing something obviously wrong?
