Hacking Problems with starting vWii

Hi,
I got some problems with the Wii-mode on my WiiU, maybe someone can help me.

When I start the Wii-mode in 3 out of 5 cases the following message appears after the safety-screen:

It means: The system files are defective. Please check the manual to get more informations.
In the other 2 cases the Wii-mode will start without any troubles.
