Problems with Retroarch

    Just like the title says. I have tried to run just about every core and all of them work...except for the ones I want to play the most. GB, GBA, VB, NES, SNES, GENESIS, and even PSX is working. My problem is the Arcade based ones (CPS1/CPS2/FBA/MAME). I want to play some old arcade games such as Marvel vs Capcom and the Street Fighter Alphas, but instead I get some error like:

    RetroArch [INFO] :: Does not have samples for monitor refresh rate estimation. Requires to run for at least 4096 frames.

    It cant be the ROM, I tested multiple ones from 3 different sites and got the same one for all 3. I dont think I need a .bios file for the system core. Any idea? On New3DSXL and tried both .3dsx and .cia files.

    Yes, but not full speed. That is essential in a fighting game.
