Homebrew Problems with downgrading( Console of 10.3)

Hello, I followed AidanLumina's guidance on downgrading my o3ds from 10.3 to 9.2 in order to proceed for cfw installation. However, when i try to access the internet browser to launch homebrew to install menuhax, the internet brower requires latest version in order for it to function, and atm I cant complete the downgrading process, do i have to system update to 10.7 and then downgrading or??? Please help by any means, even a simple posting link to useful thread =) Thank you so much !

Do it again, do it again, and do it again. The rule of hacking is to do it till it works.
You might have a partial downgrade though. Try downgrading again.

Oh and make sure you are clearing your cache and history each time. My O3DS seemed to have a hell of a time with that, but my N3DS worked everytime after I did it once. Weird.

thanks man already installed finish, but don't really understand this step:
when they say hold D-pad , hold up or down or right or left or everything?
and when they say while the system is booting means when i turn off and turn back on my console agn??

1. You can now hold D-Pad down while the system is booting to launch the homebrew menu

Booting = iniatializing all hard and Software components that are need to run an System. So YES it happens when you Turn on you 3ds

I have tried part 3 many times in order to boot into RedNand mode, i followed every steps closesly but when it comes to no26, after booting into rednand mode, 'Emu" doesn't appear infront of my version, anyone here can help ??

When starting Luma3DS, hold select and turn on "Show current NAND in system settings".

still din't solve my problems, and just wanna check with you guys in part 3 Luma zip files> Luma folder> playloads, inside playload folder is empty right?

If you got CFW running you don't need to redo everything. At which step are you again? And what is the problem?

thks Kadu, everything already settled, now starting part 4, but i'm not sure to start from no1 1st or proceed to no10-18 1st??? and if i want to install hb launcher, at which step i should take note?

rename EmuNAND9.bin to start_EmuNAND9.bin and put it in payload folder.
turn on your 3DS with the start button pressed.
