Hacking Problems when try to install cias

Hi people!

I've been have a problem to install cia's. Every archive i try to install, at the end, show this message:

Failed to install cia file
result code: 0xD8E0806A
desc:. Cert signature or hash check failed (106)


Anybody could help?

Sounds like you're CFW doesn't have signature patching or whatever.

Switch to luma3ds if you do t have it already.

Already have Luma.

After the installation the Arm9 and Luma, this problem start to occur...

Tried to install a cia form another region e regio free too. Nothing happen...

Try freeShop. If that works then the cias you were downloading were bad.

Hash check failed means corrupted .CIA freeshop or ciangel are your best bets. Plus you said region free, so I can imagine they just weren't patched properly

Problem solved! Something relative with tickets...

Tell us about how you fixed it. This is relevant to myself too so am curious.

After delete the tickets, i installed a good cia file.

It's also worth noting that the CIA itself doesn't have to be bad to cause this but also a bad transfer. Meaning the file became corrupt going from your SD>PC/3DS or vice versa. Also, socket punch FTW.
