So, i got this homebrew app called “StartPatch". I have the right menu and region (4.3.1U). When i try to install a patch, it says "The patch section was not found in the DOL. Nothing to do." Please help me, anyone!
This application has been made redundant by Priiloader. Priiloader has the same features as this application plus more, or with more bug fixes. This application should only be used if there is a special reason to (e.g. if Priiloader is unstable or has more requirements).
Oh. Alrighty! I do have Priiloader. The reason i got start patch was because of the free regions patches to get games and channels from different regions. Ill try using priiloaders free region patches, then
Edit: i still cant download Kirby TV channel with YAWMM even though i have free region EVERYTHING patch on. i also use Yawmm, but when i try to download the Kirby TV channel, it says "ERROR! (ret = -1020)" How do i fix this?
Don't pirate
Use an emunand to test random wads if u must
U don't download things using yawmm, u install them
Make sure u have softmods up to date, drag and drop your syscheck.csv onto modmii.exe and it will tell you what to do https://gbatemp.net/threads/posting-a-system-check.300279/

Question. Is getting a copy of a channel you own that is restored by a project like wiilink considered piracy. I realised i dont own kirby tv channel, since my console is an american region, but im just curious. I really want to restore a channel i owned, which was discontinued, but if i download a patched a wad of the said channel, is it piracy? Edit: i deleted the pirated kirby tv channel
