Hacking Problem with sky3ds +

Hi guys bought a new 3ds xl yesterday with a sky3ds plus flashcard.
I update it successfully to the v 112 firmware , but there is one big problem.....
I loaded one game into the micro sd , put it into the card and i tried to play but the game doesn't show up , and it does nothing if i press the buttons on the card.

Some things i noticed :
1) Red led without micro sd , green led with micro sd ( that's all good i guess)
2) When i put the card and i PRESS till the end and KEEP it with the finger , the game does show up on the 3ds and i can also play it .the moment i lift my finger and the card goes into the right place , the game stop working because they isn't the cardbridge for the console ( that's weird).

What do i have to do? please help me

Was the condition of this new 3ds xl, new or used?

it's used , but it's like a new console ,immaculated.

Never mind ,i fixed it with inserting a piece of paper to make tickness. I dunno why , but it works. Thank you anyway ^^
