ROM Hack Question Problem with restoring Zelda BOTW SaveData

Hey guys i'm facing an issue with restoring zelda savedata through Chickpoint, i already have a copy on my computer but every time i try to restore it and start the game it doesn't work!
the game starts with its intro and there is no savedata on the game load option.

[my switch is running on SX OS 1.3, 5.1.0. and the game is on latest update]

Did you play with the dlc? I boned myself that way since I had to delist my account. I'm not feeling the devmenu shenanigans to restore it lol
