When I installed a9lh in my 2ds I forgot to keep its otp.bin, is there any way to recover that file? Also I found an sd card with an otp.bin, but I don't know if it's mine, is there any way to know if the otp.bin is mine?

When I installed A9LH on my O3DSXL, for reasons unknown, I could not recover my otp.bin file, but A9LH still installed fine, and I've been using it trouble free since then. You don't really need the file, I'd say. Besides, I think the new method of installation of A9LH on New 3DS doesn't even create an otp.bin. As for the file you found on an SD card, I wouldn't touch it. It's dangerous, if you don't know which 3DS it comes from.
