Homebrew Problem with NitroHax and cheats

Hello, I have a big problem with NitroHax and cheats. I want to use cheats on a legit DS cartridge and this is why I want to use NitroHax. Problem is, the cheat xml is too huge, 101MB, therefore it takes 10-20 minutes to load for just the game in the cartridge; and worst is, I waited that long, for the game to hang on me at one point when I was getting into dungeon action. Does anyone have a suggestion? I tried manually removing games, but it'd take me ages since the list is so huge, and I tried with te R4 Cheat Tool thingie, which is faster, but doesn't allow me to save my changes, the thing freezes and after a while gives me the ???? error which I believe, is due to a lack of memory (though I have 8GB..)

Knowing this, what do you guys know that can help me? Perhaps tell me how to do it so I can add the cheats manually myself for one game only so it's much faster to load? Even I have to do it manually, I just don't know how to add it..

3ds does not allow 8GB in ds mode and

Uh, sorry, the memory problem is relating to the PC, unless the ???? error is actually not because of not having enough RAM. The R4 cheat tool I'm talking about is in PC. And that's only in attempt to bring down the XML size so it doesn't take ages..

That is also unrelated to the whole problem, that's just why I can't somehow edit the cheats to make it smaller.

I gotta add I'm using a New 2DS XL, by the way.
