Ok. I got my DSTWO today. Set everything up on my card and my cart and dumped all my games. I then noticed there were no saves.
So I read Rydian's guide further and saw the bit for save game dumping and followed it.
All went well apart from the most vital part. I had the ini and the nds file on the card, edited the ini file so that it was my IP, port 8080 and changed username and pass to "user". Put it in my DS, ran it and all settings were reset to default (default ip, port 21, username anonymous etc.
I've tried now for a good hour to sort this, but it keeps reverting and I have no clue how to fix it...
Any help guys?

Thread can be locked/deleted - fixed the issue. For those who care, I had to put the .ini file in the root and the nds file in the plugins folder.
