Hacking Problem with Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga Save w/ Everdrive

for some odd reason, I can't get my save for mario and luigi superstar saga to work. the game works. however, it doesn't detect the save. it works with an emulator, and I've also tried redumping it via the ds. what kind of save does that game use: eep, fla, or srm? I think it's eep based on size.

thanks. it was just as I thought. I got it fixed now. changing extensions didn't work though. I had to take my supercard dstwo's game and save. for some reason, even redumping both game and rom didn't work, so I have no idea what happened. I did change the .sav extension, but it didn't work until now.
