So I'm trying to run the animal crossing save editor on my 3DS. I'm using an Old3DS that hasnt been updated in a long while, and is currently in 11.2. I have the homebrew launcher working fine, but when I try to use either the ACNL Save Manager or JKSM, neither of them can access my save data. I have a cartridge copy of ACNL, when I use the ACNL Save Manager it says the target game isn't installed on my system. When I go to JKSM, it doesnt show me a list of any games, it just takes me to a screen with a bunch of options that all have error codes. I'm very new to homebrewing and I'm not sure how to fix this problem.

I'm really new to this so its taking me a while to figure out. It seemed like I just didn't have any game data on my SD card which I thought might have been a problem? But I'll try cfw and see how that works for me.

Downloaded CFW fully, still having the exact same problem. Every time I try to export the save data from my animal crossing cartridge, its just...not there. No games show up at all. Is there something I'm missing?

So I should get JKSM.cia and that might work?
Install JKSM.cia from the link I posted using FBI, and your problems should go away. JKSM is one of the few applications that has major restrictions when launched from the Homebrew Launcher in its 3dsx version.
