Gaming Problem with irShell

I had to revert to OFW (6.31) for something, and I went back to CFW the same way I did the first time. Problem is that now when I select to go to the XMB from irShell, I just get a black screen. Loads up fine when I don't have irShell, or the autostart plugin is turned off. Any ideas as to why?

EDIT: Turns out that with autoboot turned off, the PSP will stay at a black screen when the card with irShell on it is inserted. When there is no card, the PSP boots fine. When entering irShell from XMB (by inserting card after startup), it starts irShell just fine, but then still does the black screen when going back to XMB. And I confirmed that it is indeed an issue with irShell by completely deleting it from my card, and the PSP boots fine.

You didn't leave the pandora battery in did you?

No, its just my normal battery. Also, 5.50 Prometheus v2.

Sounds like a conflict with the 5.50 firmware, IRShell and autostart.

Use Recovery Flasher and try this on 5.00M33-6. That will tell you if it is indeed a 5.50 issue.
