Hacking Problem with injecting SNES rom into VC WAD

Hi!

I am trying to inject a SNES rom into another VC SNES WAD and most things work fine, but I am always getting an error message when trying to inject the banner.tpl into the 00000001.app with Virtual Console Save Icon Injector by HowardC (version 5.0).
The title is changing but I still see the original icon, does anyone know how to fix this, maybe with another tool?

The banner.tpl is in the 00000005.app for the SNES Wii Channels.

Just unpack the 05.app, replace the banner.tpl file in the unpacked folder and repack it.

Thanks, that fixed my problem, so it seems this is a problem with Virtual Console Save Icon Injector, does anyone know if there was maybe an updated version by HowardC after 5.0?
