I recently got back into the scene and have managed to get a downloaded backup working with the USB loader method. Back in the day where patched and scrubbed backups burnt onto a DVD was the thing to do, I amassed a large collection of backups. Rather than re downloading them, I wanted to just make ISOs of these DVD backups and load them from my HDD. I took an image of one of these backups with ImgBurn, but when I tried putting in on the HDD with WBFS Manager 3.0, it showed the image as a long list of symbols. When I tried copying it, the program was unresponsive. I'm wondering if I can go from hard copy DVD backups to ISO files and maintain the working ISO.

Help is much appreciated

I used this one in the past
wbfs_inteligent_gui_v5
it allows you to put your backup in the PC Dvd drive, and copy directly to your HDD in wbfs format

I tried that with v6 (I couldn't find v5) and nothing happened. It could be because I'm running Vista. Do you have a link to v5, might be worth a try.
