Homebrew Problem with freeShop

Hello guys, i'm on 11.3 and my freeShop used to work yesterday, today when I tried to download a game it kept on saying retrying on all the games. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

My system is an old 3DS XL on sysnand 11.3
The games keep on saying retrying and it never ends

Nope.

Then probably just really poor wifi connection or something. Go to freeShop download settings and change HTTP Timeout to max (like 12s or something) and decrease buffer to like 32KB and restart freeShop. See if that fixes it.

tried both deleting it and doing what you said still nothing

Then it's not connecting to the servers for some reason. Don't know, try later I guess.

another annoying error i get when downloading large games or randomly is "suspended-retrying in 3.2.1" I have to run tiksweep and delete the partial ticket or whatever. Pretty annoying. Also download speeds on 3 2ds's was no more than 700kb/s and with my new 3dsxl i reach speeds of 1400kb/s but then it ends up being 300kb/s towards the end.

well nevermind, im sorry i found out that my brother did while he was hacking his 3ds, idk why. but i unblocked it now and it works ty for your help

Just update your console. There is no reason to be on 11.3. Also, are you on the newest version (3.1.8)?
