Hacking Problem with DSiware downgrading.

I did the system transfer and was able to redownload Fieldrunners onto 3DS 2 (since it didn't appear on 3DS 2 upon boot), but when going the troubleshooting section in Plailect's guide, copying the still working save from 3DS 1's system to microSD and using that card on 3DS 2, on the microSD section of DSiware management, it says "There is no accessible data." Is there a solution?

You need to restore the NAND on 3DS1 then apply the save, copy DSIware data into your SD card and copy into 3DS2.

I did that and 3DS 2 doesn't recognize any data on the SD card, hence the "There is no accessible data" part.

Next time you do the transfer, make sure you hit "transfer tiles"

Otherwise it won't send the games you need.

Sounds like you'll have to restore system 1 and wait 7 days to transfer again.

Hope there is someone out there with another option for you.
