Hacking Problem with Comic Book DS

I have a problem with Comic Book DS on my R4.
I downloaded the latest version (2.0 beta 5) and the touch screen is not working (I mean I cannot control the comics with stylus). Everything else is ok.
Is it the bug with the new version or am I doing something wrong (I patched it with dldi, because without patching there was an error that fat is not supported).
Please help
