Hacking Problem with cios installer

Hi, I having problem with the cios installer for backuplauncher. When I run the installation at the end of the installation it give an error that say "addstartcontent falied". And also when I put a game backup I received another error saying DVD read error (324). Whats wrong? How do I fix the problem?

My wii is a 3.2u. Please help me. Thanks!
