ROM Hack [Problem] Wiht extract romsFS Braindump

I have use braindump to extract romfs the dragon ball ultimate mision 2 JPN .cia and only extract this file: 0004000000120600.cxi in root, it may be that change the rot of files with arm9lh?
I have need solutions please.

You'll have to extract the .cxi to obtain the ExeFS/RomFS. I don't know the exact command but you can use 3dstool/ctrtool to do it.
