Hacking Problem When Starting Steel Diver

Hi I was trying the frogminer method in a 11.9 old 2ds and I placed all the files on the SD into the right folders. When I try to start steel diver to go into the homebrew the app crashes saying that I have to restart the console... Any solution?

Maybe this is the same error/problem as here:

Check your "otherapp" payload; version 11.9.0-42E° old and renamed to

sd:/steelhax/payload.bin


°I assume "E" because you're from Italy. If your O2DS is from another region, select the correct region.

As I can see I placed the right file into the SD card, and I can confirm you that is updated to 11.9.0-42E and the console is updated too

Update: I just tried to remove some files like the payload and the .sav file and they gave me:
Removing Payload - The same error
Removing sav - Black screen with 3ds normal error at the bottom.

It's a problem of the console?
