Hacking problem updating r4i-sdhc

ok having a problem updating a couple of cartages to the new 1.43 loader
i have tried 4 sd cards all formatted and with the new 1.43 firmware
i downloaded the firmware from www.r4i-sdhc.com
followed the instructions


go to options and then update and then start
it runs a verifcation section and then throws up an error

verifying failed please change or re-format the sd card

the card is on 1.42 at the moment and this is not just one card or one sd card
i have tried 4 sd cards and 3 r4's

anyone help or had this issue
