ROM Hack [Problem] Pokémon ORAS rebuild after editing (Rom not working)

Sup volks,

I have a big problem: I have decrypted my Pokémon Alpha Saphirre with the tutorial from Asia81. This works really smooth and fine. But I have a problem after editing my Rom with pk3DS: I rebuild the rom, put it on the Micro SD Card, load the Rom via Gateway and after starting the game, it freezes (bootloop) at the Nintendo3DS Logo Bootscreen before normaly will start a game. Has anyone experience with this and can help me out?

I am just following that tutorial. Translated into english
I know a few things that I wanna modify in ORAS, so once I am done, I will let you know.(IF IT WORKS)

ya figured it out.
But when I do it, it doesnt create a new file. Keeps on telling me to find an application to load xorpad files o.O

I followed everything.

for "We will now finally extract the data from romfs that contains all the data such as music, text, table of wild pokemon, textures, etc ..." stage, i get ROMFS corrupted, IVFC corrupted

When it comes to extracting the rom, i get:
ROMFS corrupted, IVFC corrupted

My hard drive failed. After reinstalling windows on a different HDD, when I try to get decrypted exefs, it says .code not found

Uhm.. but you got your slot25x0KeyX.bin? If not, you cant create xorpads and rebuild the game later.

The tutorial said to edit it with the keys from the Gary guy or something?
