Hardware [Problem] Only one user can connect to the internet.

I just got a Wii U last night, and currently only my account can successfully connect to the internet. When other users, like my dad, tries to connect via Registering for a NNID, Web Browser or in the settings it gives the error 103-1001 (I think? I can't check right now to confirm) is there something wrong that I can fix?

I searched the error code but the results were more for those who couldn't connect completely. I would hate to think something's wrong with the Wii U, although I doubt there is.

Any advice?
