Hacking Problem loading Game Party

Howdy y'all

I was wondering if anyone knew how to load "Game Party" correctly.
I keep on getting a black screen.

This is what I have (for background info):
1)system menu 4.2U
1)Game Party NTSC/U
3)Latest version of USB loader GX (loaded through HBC)

extra side note: I have followed xzero's guide exactly so it doesn't have to do with me hacking the wii wrong. It is not just my wii only, it won't load on any of the wii's that I have.
