Hardware Problem installing WBFS Manager 3.0

when I start installing, it asks me to download Microsoft .NET Framework, but after downloading and extracting files for installation, it never pops another window, and the installation never finishes. I tried to install the program by myself, and did. however the installer still asks me to install it and it never the manager never gets installed.

any help with the manager? is there any other way to make my HD partition WBSF?

BTW I am going to use USB loader, and this the only thing that I am missing.

Alright first did you try restarting your computer?

Did you download from this site: < http://wbfsmanager.codeplex.com/Release/Pr...08#ReleaseFiles >

Did you download the right version according to your computer (32-bit=86x, 64-bit=64x)?

If not, then delete your current WBFS manager installer and install that one.

For the .net crap did you install it from Microsoft?

If not, do so and then restart your computer.

If everything still doesn't work then try playing it from a disk =P
