Hacking Problem installing CFW

I'm trying to install CFW on a New 3DS XL (11.13.0-45E) using Seedminer, however none of the methods (BannerBomb3 and PicHaxx+DSiDumper) work.
Everytime I get to the part where i need to open Settings > Data Management > DSiWare > SD Card, the system crashes and nothing happens (no .bin file is created using the BannerBomb3 method and I can't even get to the 'Haxxxxxxxxxx!' screen using the PicHaxx+DSiDumper method).
The system used to have CFW installed a while ago, but it was uninstalled using the guide available on the 3ds.hacks.guide site (uninstalled using GodMode9).
Any help is appreciated!

Section I - Compatibility Test
While this test is not strictly necessary to perform the Seedminer exploit, the follow-up exploits to this do require this test to be performed and it would be a waste of time and effort to perform Seedminer without the ability to use the other exploits.

There are two different methods for building on the Seedminer exploit (described in more detail at the bottom of this page), so even if this test fails you can still use another method.

DS Internet Settings Test (used for Fredtool)

1. Go to System Settings, then “Internet Settings”, then “Nintendo DS Connections”
2. Press “OK”
3. If your device loads into a “Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Setup” menu, the test was successful
   • If the screen stays black or appears to freeze, the test has failed and you will not be able to use the bannerbomb3 method which requires a functioning DS Internet Settings
4. Exit this menu

The test was successful, app loaded correctly.

I managed to find a solution to my problem.
After I installed homebrew through PicHaxx, I followed this guide: 3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(frogtool) html
(I'm a new member so I can't post hyperlinks).
