Hacking Problem Getting 42383841.bin

I have downloaded Custom firmware for my New Nintendo 3DS XL before, i formatted my 3ds, i tried to install CFW/Luma 3DS again, and now i cant get 42383841.bin again, whenever i get into Data Management > DsiWare > The MicroSD Card> then, nothing, just a question mark logo with no name. it doesnt turn the pink/magenta color that it is supposed too, and when i go into the ds connection settings, it boots me back into the flipnote exploit. WHen can i do to reset my 3ds, or try to install the cfw again? Please, I am desperate.

I homebrewed my 2ds a year ago so I will try to help you did you format the system memory after previously trying to homebrew your system ? if so you should try to redo the steps from the beganing to get a new .bin file if I am not mistaken a system memory format gives you a new friend code this may solve your problem if this does not work try putting different .bin files in the directory this may or may not work anyway I hope one of these suggestions work good luck

A system format does not remove b9s. The only way to remove b9s is to follow the very specific uninstall instructions in http://3ds.guide. You are still running Luma.
