just wondering, how did you get the titleid and titlekey from it? I don't know much about that.

I figured it out. For some reason, there was 2 title keys in ticket.db for the same title id. It seems the old key before the update was still there along with the new key that I needed.

from my testing i thought the same key was used all the way throughout the updates etc... maybe i'm wrong
although i guess they could change it if they wanted to

at the very least, FunkyCIA gets the latest ticket entry for the titleid, so you wouldn't have had this problem if you used that. (you could have used it to simply export that one individual ticket, and if you really want to use cdnto3ds then you would be ok)

Is there a way to make FunkyCIA build a .3ds, or how would I decrypt the .CIA?

no, i could do what CDNto3DS does, but then we would need the title key decrypted which needs to be done on the 3ds, it involves another step, so it's not worth it :)
you could just use CDNto3DS
