Hacking Problem connecting content m. With vita

I cannot connect my ps vita with content manager i installed the c.m.
On my pc and it says cannot connect to pc ; i have qcma installed does it effect the c.m. ?
Also i need it to backup my psone and psp games.

Uninstall CMA, and reinstall QCMA. They don't work well together. There may be some driver incompatibility with both installed

So is it enough to install cma only sonce my vita now is on 3.60? I mean to use the mp4 trick will it work on cma.
