Please post:
1) contents of your sdmc:/emummc/emummc.ini file on both cards
2) a screen shot of the sdmc:/emummc directory on both cards
3) a screenshot of Hekate -> emuMMC

Thank you SOOOO much!! As soon as I pasted the Emummc.ini I saw the issue. I replaced my 256gb ini with the 128gb ini and presto chango! I pasted the info below so hope it can help someone else. Now... Can anyone explain why this happened or what it all is?? Do I need that Raw1 folder or do I delete it?

1.
256gb
[emummc]
enabled=1
sector=0x1a250000
path=emuMMC/RAW1

nintendo_path=emuMMC/RAW1/Nintendo

128gb

sector=0x0
path=emuMMC/SD00

nintendo_path=emuMMC/SD00/Nintendo

Good stuff! Glad you’re sorted. Enjoy your Switch!

E: Oops, you asked for an explanation

When you went through the process it created a new “blank” structure under RAW1. Your data, when copied over, was under SD00. When you changed the directory reference it was then able to see your data again.

Thanks again... Do I need the Raw1 or can it be deleted? Can I delete the "Restore" files if I have them saved elsewhere?

You can absolutely delete the directory you are no longer referencing. The “Restore” files are a backup of your emunand. It has the current point-in-time state of your CFW based environment. It becomes more and more useless as time goes on. It’s personal preference, but they do take up 30G of space for little value.
