Gaming problem after brick fix

i just unbricked my psp 1000 and now the cars in the racing game i was playing pull really hard to the right like im holding down the right button, but when im in the XMB its fine. i dont have the analog stick plugged in at the moment because im waiting on the replacement for the one i broke. could that be the problem?

Sounds like it. If you can control with the analog in game then thats probably it.
