Homebrew [Problem] 3DS notification light Problem

I turn on my 3DS and the notification blue light is turned on ever, also by pressing R turn on. I change the battery again and still the same


In that case, I have A9LH 10.7 sysnand.

The problem is that is always on, very tenuous, but also when pulse R on as if it were a notification spotpass

Mine went like that when it got water damaged (twice)
Both times it went back to normal overnight.
