the points are not generated using an algorithm and just work microsoft prints the cards sends them to the stores and the codes are activated online at the register.

so it wont work for the same reason you cant just steal unused cards from the store

Theres more to it than just math. those codes have to be Activated. so even if you generated a correct code, the odds of it being activated are slim.

Also, it is possible to Download full Arcade, DLC, and Games on Demand games for Free without a modded console.
