Pexpl I was being serious with the bootmii question. My HBC reads install bootmii2 as an IOS but for some reason I am still able to install bootmii2 and NAND.

im not called Pexpl for fuck sake get it right, if you have a boot2 vulnerable wii you can install both boot2 and IOS, but most if not all newer wii you cannot install bootmii as boot2 ONLY IOS

Plus it wasnt a bootmii question you asked it was Priiloader, you cant even get your own question right and are in no position to give other users advice on anything
and he's a retard

NOW TO THE TOPIC

anyeon have the beta 3 running and found any bugs?
I have Priiloader V0.5 Beta 4 running and it works better then any Priiloader I installed.

I haven't updated HBC to 1.0.7 yet so I won't be updating Priiloader to Beta 5 (which allows the new HBC to boot).

Anyone having problems with the latest BETA build in loading their USB drive? The only reason I updated (4.1U and I was using Preloader 0.30 Rev 4 or Priiloader 0.3b I believe) was because of the new HBC. My Wii just starts with a black screen and sometimes I have to power down again 1-10 times just to get it to startup on the Wii menu. When I can't get in at all, I have to enter the system menu through Priiloader itself. Of course, when I unplug my USB drive, it starts up fine, but quite annoying to have to do it all the time.

This happened to me as well with Priiloader 0.4 which is why I never updated it, but now I just feel I have to use the latest Priiloader. I'd love it if someone could compile an older version with the new HBC id.

Could anyone tell me what:
[Force Standard Recovery Mode]
does?

It's in the Hacks.ini for 4.2.
It forces the recovery mode (black screen with your firmware number in the corner). It allows you to boot a retail game to update / play it.

It doesnt..

iirc if you update within priiloader, it will give you a version that supports 1.0.7 (I'm guessing 1.0.8 is supported as well). You cant get a HBC working version any other way..

You should update to 1.08 if you use USB drive or DVD function with emulator cause newer app will all use IOS58 by default for native USB2 support

your apps in HBC will load a lot faster in HBC when launch from USB drive.

Priiloader 0.5 final is out!

Changelog:
QUOTE said:
* Redesigned a bit of the installer. it is now using the HW_AHBPROT flag set by HBC and no longer requires
a patched ios when run from HBC 1.0.7 or above. if it is run from < 1.0.7 then it still requires a patched IOS36.
NOTE : the redesigned part of the installer is closed source for now cause of the used code
* Booting a Dol/Title now stops the DVD drive as well
* Titles list is now forced to display in English
* Added support for Homebrew channel 1.0.7&1.0.8 booting & reloading (in case of a DSI crash)
* Added online Updating (full versions and beta versions. also language mods are available)
* Added a password backdoor in case you forgot the password. To change the password temporary to “BackDoor”
press on the Password Screen “1? and then 4 times “2? on the Remote or “Y” and 4 times “X” on GC/Classic.
* Added System Menu TMD patching for HW_AHBPROT so that applications started by Priiloader can enjoy the fun too
* Fixed rare bug when Show Debug info was on and reset was pressed
* Fixed some USB stuff
* Fixed some title booting stuff (removed & moved to SD titles are not listed any more)
* Fixed the green bar that could show when booting system menu
* Fixed .elf binary loading

Ok I downloaded this last night. I have a clean ios58 but also have DarkCorp 1.1 on my Wii!

Glad to say it worked without a problem so everyone should be fine!

Ok on Priiloader I ENABLED block online/disk updates, move disk channel, remove no copy flag protection, no delte DVDX hax, and region free. Is this good or do I need to enable more or less and which ones?

Alright thanks. I also have ran the ENTIRE modmii and read everything and still can't get IOS 36 to patch. Here I will PM you the sysChcek that my WIi reaads so I won't spam up this post. Be ready.

NO. Don't PM me anymore. Just stop PM'ing me. I don't want to help you anymore. I'm not wasting a month helping you with 50 problems to go back to step 1. Screw that.
