guys,, i have priiloader 0.4c installed in my wii 3.4u and I want to update to 4.1. Should I uninstall priiloader then install patched ios60 and system menu 4.1 or just ios60 and system menu 4.1 (if priiloader is overwritted by update)?

no need to uninstall priiloader first

but note that after reinstalling priiloader, your system menu hacks will be different, but some of them may be enabled or disabled automatically based on your priiloader settings from the last time it was installed, so double check them to make sure they are set as u want them (there are hacks that will stop you from loading the system menu, so its especially important to check the hacks if u run into problems like this)

I assume it is for the WC24 bug that was in preloader, but I could be wrong. That was just a guess.

After you install the hacks and verify they work, do you need to keep the SD card in with the hacks.ini file for them to work?

No. Hacks.ini is flashed to the nand.

A couple times I've booted my Wii to find my hacks I enabled had been disabled inexplicably. Hasn't happened recently though.

That's what I thought, but I just did it on someone's wii and the hacks stop working if I take the SD card out.

I haven't had hacks.ini on my SD card since I installed Priiloader, so it definitely gets flashed to the nand.

I tried the 0.4 (rev 78) dol from the google code page.

How to fix it?

Hi I installed priiloader and find it great but for some reason the sound seems less clear than before I ever installed priiloader. I am going to revert to when I never had priiloader instaled and see is it just my tv or is it priiloader itself that is causing the problem...

its more likely to be one of the system menu hacks that mute system menu background noise/music (if u have them enabled).

use IOS36 to install (make sure it is patched by MMM, dop-mii, or TBR)

I installed Priiloader v0.5 on my 3 Wii's.
2 of them are fine, but on the third everytime I try togo to the system menu (v4.0) from Priiloader or from exiting a game it will go to a blank screen and sit there until I hit the A button a second time.

Anyone know why this is happening?
