Hacking Priiloader doesn't like HBC now?

So I stupidly followed this advice: http://www.wiihacks.com/general-wii-talk/105757-shop-channel-updated-v21.html When I entered the shop it gave me error 002. Fine. Not working so I roll back using Bootmii to when it did work.

And now Priiloader still won't load the homebrew channel but it's still right there on the Wii Menu. What do I do?

You need to update Priiloader to be compatible with the latest version of the Homebrew Channel. Turn on beta updates in Priiloader and update.

So it suddenly started working again. Wii hacking is so fickle.

HBC title id was changed to "LULZ".

I wonder though... I did a NAND backup of my Wii updated it to the max! Then did the transfer to my WiiU all legit-like then I restored it, then tried to do what it said in that link I posted and got error 002. Related? I did the restore, the keys were restored too right?
