@DacoTaco if I want to modify priilaoder settings inside \title\00000001\00000002\data, what is the file to edit ? In particular I need to enable/disable hacks using the Dolphin emulator BEFORE starting the emulator and accessing Priiloader; in the ultra-spcific case I need to turn on/off the "Replace Health Screen with Backmenu". Thank you !

@asper : loader.ini contains the settings, hacksh_s is the states of the hacks.
however, both are data structures being written to files and are not readable text.
i suggest you hold B on startup to display the priiloader menu instead ( should work in dolphin i think, i have priiloader in dolphin setup to have autoboot disabled)

Yeah, holding B in Dolphin starts Priiloader and I am able to go up and down and select options but I am not able to change hacks status using left and right keys, dunno why, so I tested each byte in the loader.ini finding the one I needed and set it to 1manually :)

Can you also add the "stop disc at startup" hack to Wii Mini ?

that would probably means your controller input is mapped differently in in dolphin i guess. both gamecube and wiimote input work in dolphin here and i can use the arrows to change settings o.O

also, stop disc isn't a hack afaik but a setting that only has effect when entering the priiloader menu

Decided to try the beta version given it has the 480p fix. Though I'm having a problem where if I go to Launch Title, I get an exception error. Is there a way to fix this? The stable version doesn't have this issue. I could just boot to USB Loader as a workaround, but I usually prefer to just boot what title I want directly from Priiloader when I start my Wii.

is it a DSI exception?
can you enable the debugging setting and launch a title @Selim873 ?
there should now be a prii.log that i'd like to see.
disable the setting once youre done

go to https://github.com/DacoTaco/priiloader/releases/tag/0.9b3 and get the boot.dol there or build priiloader
I know I left the topic for a while...wanted to get this set up while I was out of work during quarantine but just as I was doing this, I went back to work :P I finally got time and just wanted to express my thanks that this suggestion worked! I grabbed the boot.dol and the hacks file and overwrote what I had and it worked!

i just updated to 0.9 Beta 4.
if an admin could update the thread topic, that would be nice!

changes between beta 3 and beta 4 :
Code:
* libogc upgrade to 2.1.0
       - increased keyboard compatibility
       - improved 420p video output
* fixed loading binary arguments
* fixed bug loading past binary filesize
* fixed various wii mini hacks ( see github )
* Reduce Priiloader size by loading the certs of NAND

Hello.:)

Welcome to the Wii Section.:D

Noob user here so please be kind:
I previously installed 0.9 beta3 and would like to upgrade to 0.9 beta4. What is the recommended upgrade process?

It is only possible from inside the Priiloader (first you have the enable the "Show Beta Updates" Option in the Settings) and a working Internet Connection on your Wii.

Thank you.:)

Thanks for the fast reply.

Just so I'm clear...
Is it *not* recommended to download the latest zip & hacks_hash.ini and reinstall it via HBC then?...or is this ok too?

Of course you can use it.I am not sure if it is also included in the Download/Update from within Priiloader.:)

Thank you.:)
